POLICEMAN ACCUSED OF BEATING STREET VENDOR TO DEATH

Ballabgarh: A man was beaten to death by a policeman on the National Highway in Ballabhgarh. Angry family members surrounded the post and also raised slogans against the police. Since last night, the family has been demanding the police authorities to register a case against the accused policeman and arrest him. But police officials say that it is a matter of investigation and whatever appropriate action is taken, the police will definitely do it.The scene is from ballabhgarh’s bus stand police post late at night, where family members are surrounding the post after the death of a banana seller. Family members are blaming a policeman named Ramgopal posted in the outpost for the death of the banana seller. The son of the deceased alleged that his father was raiding the highway as usual, a policeman named Ramgopal caught his father and took him to the post. The police kept his father there for 3 hours.When his father started coming out of the outpost, he was not in a position to even walk. The police beat up his father a lot. The son alleged that when he started taking his father to the hospital, the policemen also assaulted his brother. The son of the deceased is pleading for justice in this case.According to Faridabad police spokesman Sube Singh, a street vendor was killed in Ballabhgarh bus stand chowki area last night. They are accusing the policeman of assaulting them. The police have received the complaint and are investigating the matter. Appropriate action will be taken and the police will definitely do it.
